Your Bluebridge Ferry ticket is fully flexible and can be changed or cancelled without a fee. Changes and cancellations must be notified by email or +64 9 869-7790 (option 4) during Wendekreisen office hours (Mon-Sat 8:30am-17:00pm; Sun/Public Holidays 8:30am-13:00pm) and at least 48 hours prior to sailing.
Bluebridge Ferry tickets are non-refundable if you miss your sailing. If you have paid your ticket in full and wish to cancel your sailing, we will reimburse the full fare to your credit card.
Ferry bookings are available up until March 31, 2026.
